Holiday in a Box provides everything needed to serve a holiday dinner for 8-10 people. The dishes are prepared by an executive chef, flash-frozen, and can be easily reheated in just 60 minutes.

Each box includes the following frozen dishes:

12 Spanakopita Triangles

Orders for 2025 Holiday Season
All orders are for pick-up from the Mise en Place warehouse in Industrial Park on selected dates. Delivery is available at an additional charge of $25.
No deliveries on 24th December.
Due to a high volume of orders, substitutions are not possible; however, add-ons are available. Please browse our list of additions and pricing HERE.

Cooking Instructions
Total preparation time 60 minutes.
Thaw Mains, Sides, Sauces & Desserts in Fridge Overnight
Cook Canapés from frozen for best results
Preheat oven to 390°F.
CANAPES:
Remove plastic seal and lid from the Mini Beef Wellingtons and Spanakopita Triangles.
Place Beef Wellingtons on a tray lined with grease proof paper and place on the middle oven rack for a total of 12 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350°F, add Spanakopita Triangles to lower rack for 20 minutes.
Check for browning and crispiness before removing from the oven.
Serve immediately.
SIDES:
Remove from freezer and place in fridge overnight to avoid overcooking and for best results.
Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Root Vegetables, Bread Stuffing.
Remove plastic seal (lid optional, remove paper sticker).
Place on lower rack for 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally and check for piping hot center before serving.
MAINS:
After 15 minutes, add the Turkey and Ham to the middle oven rack for 25 minutes*.
Keep lids on to retain moisture (remove stickers).
Check for piping hot center before serving.
BREAD ROLLS:
Warm thawed bread rolls in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
SAUCES:
Transfer Gravy to a pot, bring to boil, then simmer on medium heat for 5min,
stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Serve with chilled Cranberry Sauce.
DESSERTS:
Serve both desserts chilled. Add your favorite ice cream and fresh berries.
All dishes can be held in a warming cabinet for up to 2 hours.
Use extra lids for easy refrigerator storage.
Always check food is piping hot in the center before serving.

All dishes are fully cooked and blast-chilled. All packaging is oven and microwave safe, except plastic seals and paper stickers.
Keep products frozen until ready to cook.
Food Allergy Information
Our products are made in a facility that processes foods containing tree nuts and seeds.
Please note that Canapes, bread stuffing, bread rolls, and pecan pie contain gluten, while the rest of the items and sauces are gluten-free. The pecan pie contains nuts. All other dishes are nut-free. Additionally, Canapes, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and both desserts contain dairy products.
Environmental Sustainability
We care deeply about the environment which is why all our trays and sleeves are made from compostable and recyclable materials, and we use polylactic acid (PLA) films – a biodegradable alternative to plastic made from renewable resources - to seal our dishes. When you’re done enjoying this delicious meal and have run out of uses for the tray, please recycle it.
