Cooking Instructions

At Boxed, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. Meals are frozen at -35°C so they taste freshly made (no nasty additives or preservatives). All our meals are made to be heated from frozen (often in minutes in your microwave). These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliances may operate differently.

Keep this product frozen until ready to cook.

Oven cook

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and bake for 35-40 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave 900W (Recommended)

Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Microwave on full power for 8 minutes. Remove film and stir well then microwave for a further 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.


Salmon, white quinoa, white wine, spinach, carrots, leeks, shallots, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, onions, lemon, garlic, corn starch, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Environmental Sustainability

We care deeply about the environment which is why our trays and sleeves are made from compostable and recyclable materials, and we use polylactic acid (PLA) films – a biodegradable alternative to plastic made from renewable resources. When you’re done enjoying this delicious meal and have run out of uses for the tray please recycle it.
